VAYL Beauty ships across Pakistan. Here is everything you need to know about how and when your order will arrive.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation via email or WhatsApp once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Timeframes

These are estimated timeframes and may be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
- Standard shipping: PKR 250 flat rate across Pakistan
- Free shipping: on all orders over PKR 3,000
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Handling fee: PKR 50
All charges are displayed clearly at checkout before you confirm your order.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. When your order arrives, you pay the courier directly in cash. Please have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
COD orders that are refused or uncollected without prior notice may result in the customer being restricted from placing future COD orders with VAYL Beauty.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this to track your order through our courier partner's website.
If you have not received a tracking update within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us at info@vaylbeauty.com or message us on Instagram @vaylbeauty.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will typically attempt redelivery or hold the package at a local facility. Please ensure your contact number is correct so the courier can reach you.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please photograph the packaging and product immediately and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct at the time of placing your order. VAYL Beauty is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Pakistan only. International shipping is not available at this time.
