At VAYL Beauty, your satisfaction is everything to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.
Our Commitment
We want every VAYL customer to love what they receive. If something goes wrong on our end, we will make it right โ quickly and without hassle.
What We Accept for Return
We accept returns or replacements in the following situations:
- Your order arrives damaged, broken, or leaking
- You received the wrong product or the wrong quantity
- The product packaging is visibly tampered with or unsealed upon arrival
To be eligible, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Claims made after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
What We Cannot Accept
Due to the nature of skincare and hygiene products, we are unable to accept returns on:
- Opened or used products
- Products where packaging has been removed or damaged by the customer
- Orders where the issue is reported more than 48 hours after delivery
- Change of mind returns
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For COD orders, refunds will be processed as store credit or a replacement order. Cash refunds are not available for COD purchases.
How to Request a Return or Replacement
- Email us at info@vaylbeauty.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue
- Our team will review and respond within 1โ2 business days
- If approved, we will arrange a replacement or store credit

Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please photograph the packaging and product immediately and contact us. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you.
Final Sale Items
Products purchased during a sale, with a discount code, or marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.
